To carry out the work, simple materials compatible with the availability in the market will be used. The work to be carried out includes the rehabilitation of the roof, with replacement of damaged elements such as tiles, beams and laths, as well as all necessary work for its perfect finishing and functionality.

The project aims to restore the dwelling’s conditions of habitability in a functional and aesthetic way, using the most suitable materials for the structural and architectural preservation of the building. The existing space layout will be kept, thus providing for two bedrooms, a complete bathroom and an open-plan kitchen with the living room. The current attic space will be repurposed as a mezzanine, accessible via a small fixed staircase.
