This is one of my favourite pieces, among the icons of furniture high design, the Mon Coeur armchair by La Cividina.
I would even say that this piece is in my top 10 favourite pieces.
A sophisticated design, with continuous fluid lines, which embodies love and platonic romanticism in a very elegant way. A real sculpture, that will make a huge impact on any interior environment, with all the comfort and excellence we’re used to by La Cividina’s pieces.
La Cividinia is an Italian brand known worldwide for its exclusive collections of sofas and armchairs. It excels in the execution of manufactured parts, of enormous technical excellence and quality, fulfilling the stereotype of “made in italy” parts. As such the Mon Coeur Armchair is no exception.
Designed in 1998 by Peter Harvey, a product designer who marks his pieces for futuristic and innovative designs, without ever discoloring the elegance of functionality.
Personally, I consider the Mon Coeur armchair one of his best pieces to date, even daring to classify it as an iconic piece of elegantly timeless design.
